Eric O’Neill

CEO AND CO-FOUNDER

Eric brings over 25 years of leadership experience in digital advertising, driving AdQuire's growth through integrity, trust, and loyalty. Building long-term partnerships with AdQuire’s clients, partners, and employees, he's established AdQuire as the leader in customer acquisition marketing and post-transaction monetization solutions.

Outside work, Eric enjoys big mountain skiing, golf, mountain biking, and spending time with his three daughters and their Alaskan Klee Kai.

Doug O’Neill

COO AND CO-FOUNDER

As COO, Doug manages AdQuire's technical vision and operations, including product development and the Business Development Team. He takes pride in growing the company while ensuring world-class service.

When not working, Doug enjoys skiing and mountain biking with his family, playing guitar in local bands, and working on his golf game.

Stephanie Wyand

PRESIDENT

Stephanie currently serves as President of AdQuire, where she brings strategic vision and leadership that have significantly contributed to the company's growth and success.

Prior to her presidency, she held several key positions within the organization, including General Manager, VP of Operations, and Director of Marketing. Her diverse experience has given her a deep understanding of operations, media management, and strategic decision-making.

Noteworthy accomplishments in Stephanie's career include streamlining operations for improved efficiency, developing and implementing successful media strategies, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within teams. She stays ahead of industry trends and best practices and enjoys lake life, football, food and wine, and spending time with her family outside of work.

As President, Stephanie is committed to driving AdQuire's mission forward, fostering growth opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.

Mike McEvoy

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF AD OPERATIONS

Master problem solver and efficiency-seeker, Mike has been a member of the AdQuire team since 2008. Along with overseeing data management, infrastructure, and account management, he’s facilitated data integrations for thousands of clients utilizing hundreds of different APIs. Mike’s extensive technical knowledge has played a key role in the evolution of AdQuire. Prior to joining AM, Mike made a name for himself as a Systems and Operations Analyst in the finance, mortgage, and banking industries.

Despite time spent in Los Angeles, New York City, and Pittsburgh, a part of Mike’s heart has always lived in his hometown and current city of residence—Buffalo, NY. If anything, the “city years” spent cultivating his professional career have only strengthened his love of the great outdoors. When he’s not thinking about AdQuire, there’s a good chance you’ll find him enjoying the woods and fresh air surrounding his home with his two young sons.

Kim Schultz

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF MEDIA

Drawing on 10 years of digital media experience, Kim first joined the team in 2014. As SVP of Media, Kim draws upon her experiences as a Senior Buyer and the Director of Media to foster the ideal environment for her team, as well as partnerships, to grow. As part of this, Kim takes pride in keeping herself (and her team) up to speed and in the know on the latest industry technology and ensuring the best experience is offered to partners. When away from her professional endeavors, Kim finds joy spending time outdoors, in the kitchen channeling her love of cooking, or mapping out her next adventure with her growing family.
