Senior Account Executive
MISSION

This position supports the company goal of growing revenue 30% year over year. Based in New York City, this Senior Sales Executive role is responsible for selling to Agencies and directly to brands across the country.

GOALS
  • Generate new revenue from Agency Accounts and Direct Brand Accounts
  • Generate minimum of 5 new client accounts per month
  • Meet monthly and Quarterly Revenue goals
JOB DUTIES
  • Secure strategic-level relationships with senior client contacts within assigned territory, gain insight into their business and provide solutions to their advertising goals
  • Meet with all relevant agency teams in assigned territory within the first 6 months
  • Conduct 10 presentations to new clients per week
  • Manage activity and sales through our CRM
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3 – 5 years of proven success in advertising sales (online sales preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Expertise in prospecting, client consultation, problem solving, closing, and maintaining multiple client accounts
  • Proven sales achievements
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, team player
  • Excellent organization and planning skills
  • Must be enthusiastic, persistent, detail-focused

Sales Account Manager
Job Duties
  • Assist and Support Sales Team
  • Manage all non-technical aspects of client campaigns and relationships
  • Update and make recommendations based on campaign activity reports
  • Prospect for future clients
Requirements
  • Must be self-motivated and extremely detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must have excellent computer skills, extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong writing and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
Business Development Associate
Mission 

Through prospecting and relationship management, build strategic partnerships with websites to drive distribution of our AdQuire sign-up ad technology. This candidate must thrive in a team environment, while also driving sales independently.

Must be highly self-motivated, with strong Business Development experience and a core foundation in interactive media. This candidate must also have strong negotiating & sales skills.

Job Duties
  • Build and manage a portfolio of site partnerships
  • Maintain current relationships with partners
  • Successfully manage communication between all internal divisions and external partners
  • Ongoing monitoring and analysis of partners to review performance and optimize accordingly to ensure partnership objectives are met
  • Excellent presentation skills: small and large groups, in person and over the telephone
Requirements
  • Publisher network development and experience a major plus
  • Bachelor’s degree (marketing or related field strongly preferred)
  • 2+ yrs. of Interactive experience
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills/success
  • Ability to manage internal and client expectations in a timely fashion
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal communication skills with ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone, through e-mail, and in writing
  • Results oriented
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
